From our years of involvement with blending plants, we are well acquainted with the problems of producing small batch quantities and then delivering those batches to the packaging line without contamination or product degradation. In many plants, high volume piping systems and production equipment cannot produce small batches efficiently. Our Small Batch Blending and Compounding Service is geared toward products that are difficult to make or require special attention during the blending process. We offer this service in association with Edrich Products, based in Fraser, MI. Our Fraser facility specializes in batch quantities from one drum to 6,000 gallons and routinely works with oil-, synthetic-, and water-based products. The finished product can be filled in the package of your choice from 5-gallon pails to a bulk tank truck, and then shipped directly to your customer.

Blending Services:

We will blend your formulation or help you develop custom formulations, as needed. We are especially equipped for producing metal working fluids, drawing compounds, rust preventatives, water treatment solutions, and cleaners (both water and solvent based). Lubricant blending and compounding is second nature to us and we welcome the opportunity to discuss your needs.

Our production facilities include eight blending kettles ranging in size from 220 gallons to 5,000 gallons, plus storage tanks for tank truck quantities. All component additions are made by weight and we have a fully equipped laboratory on site.
